在发表SCI论文过程中，有些期刊需要作者提交稿件的时候提供作者同意发表函/版权转让协议。很多期刊是在投稿系统里面就可以选择同意发表，或者提供模板让作者填写。但是也有期刊没提供这些。如何撰写SCI作者同意发表函/版权转让协议呢？附件是Springer 提供的同意发表函模板，可供大家参考。
同意发表函主要包括下面几个方面的内容：
1）作者关于稿件原创性的声明。包括稿件未公开发表过、也未投稿至其他期刊（也称为未一稿多投）、稿件公开发布已获得作者以及作者主管单位的审批等。
2）版权转让协议。作者同意文章接受后，版权转让给期刊出版社。
Springer的同意发表函模板属于较复杂的模板，很多期刊也可以仅仅在cover letter里面按照下面的语句简单声明：
This manuscript has not been published or presented elsewhere in part or in entirety, and is not under consideration by another journal. All the authors have approved the manuscript and agree with submission to your esteemed journal.

The author confirms:
l that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis);
l that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere;
l that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any;
l that its publication has been approved (tacitly or explicitly) by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work carried out.
The author agrees to publication in the Journal indicated below and also to publication of the article in English by Springer in Springer's (此处需按期刊出版社修改) corresponding English-language journal.
The copyright to the English-language article is transferred to Springer (此处需按期刊出版社修改) effective if and when the article is accepted for publication. The author warrants that his/her contribution is original and that he/she has full power to make this grant. The author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of any and all co-authors. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute to article, including reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions of similar nature.
After submission of the agreement signed by the corresponding author, changes of authorship or in the order of the authors listed will not be accepted by Springer (此处需按期刊出版社修改). (整句话如果期刊没要求也可以删除)
